This bagel store has recently replaced Jerry's bagels. The store looks exactly the same, but what they serve is very different. Every so often I like to have a bagel with lox, and for years Jerry's bagels has been the spot. The bagels at Jerry's had a normal amount of cream cheese and a very large portion of lox. The bagels themselves were not the best that I've ever had, but they were soft and delicious. Felicia's was the complete opposite. The bagel that I was served was soft and warm, but it was completely smothered in cream cheese. I like cream cheese, but the amount that they used was absolutely ridiculous! The lox on the other hand was totally lacking! It seemed like two thin slices. I had to constantly remove cream cheese that was squeezing out from every part of the bagel. This was not a pleasant experience. My wife had a cinnamon raisin bagel with raspberry cream cheese that she thought was ok, but not great. It was a specialty cream cheese so they where way more frugal with it and the bottom of the bagel was a little over done. The price at Jerry's wasn't cheap, but you got what you paid for, especially with the lox. The price is the same or more now and to me it's not worth it. The staff at Felicia's were very friendly! I don't want to tell anyone not to go here, maybe I had my bagel made by a new employee or something like that? Everyone can have an off day. This place is out of my way so I will not be driving out of my way to get a bagel here anymore, now that Jerry's is gone.
Awesome bagels and service. Coffee is a bit watered down- otherwise everything else is great!
