I needed a Bagel to start my Monday, especially since it meant I was driving to my Mother-in-law's house in Brooklyn…So using my trusty Yelp app I searched for a good Bagel shop nearby my cousin's place in Staten Island. Bagel joints and Pizza places seem to be on every corner in Brooklyn and SI so I wanted to make sure I got a good one. Bagel Depot on Richmond Road off Wilder was a great pick. Nice selection of deliciousfFresh HOT bagels. My wife had an Everything and I went for my requisite Pumpernickel with Honey Walnut Cream Cheese. These Bagels are BIG and Plump. Crusty on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside, PERFECT. Coffee was also very good, but its NY Water so I expect that.
