  1. Try anything!  I could just stand there and smell the bread.  Onion focaccia is to die for.   Also they occasionally make prosciutto crackers…never had them elsewhere and they are delicious!

  2. Oh, loaves of Italian love- years since I have been here.  Walked in the day after Irene to find the smell of freshly baked bread smelling familiar and heavenly.

Close in distance to the other venerable Royal Crown, I had to implore the Italian owner to let me take pictures of the bread- lined up like Royal Crown- grazie.

Brick oven baked this bread rocks, focaccia too.  Also sold are the little cookies the old school people eat with their espresso.  Real deal old school!

  3. The tarelli are my favorite. Try them in one of their different flavors. Its also been around as long as I can remember. I cant wait till winter when the windows fog up. and the smell of fresh bread circulates in the cold air. I don't know how I only gave them four stars at first but they are a five star bakery hands down
