  1. Besides the long line.. I love everything..

    Reminds me of home…

    It's an eastern european store so don't expect customer service…

    But me an ex commie.. know and appreciate the speed and efficiency at these type of places more than the overly smiley server.

    Fresh polish specialties
    Homemade rye, wheat, pumpernickel breads
    Cold cut and salad sandwiches
    Nice place for a coffee and a donut buttered bagel etc
    Highly recommended
    Not a place to go if you are dieting

  3. I wanted to give this place at least three stars.
    For the bakery smells that waft through the neighborhood.
    For the large cases of fresh bread.
    For the Polish speaking patrons and staff.

    But the staff person attempted to cheat my friend out of her change for a $20.
    It wasn't busy. And it wasn't a mistake.
    Very deliberate.

    Won't be back ever again.
