  1. Was really dirty…
    Really slow with rude partners…
    Forgotten orders!

  2. Free wi-fi and always packed since it's in the heart of SoHo. Instead of paying to use a premium next door at Fed-Ex Kinkos, just go here and get free Wi-Fi:)

  3. Love this Starbucks!!! Although it is packed the majority of the times you go there it has the room and manpower to handle the crowds.  The line moves fast, the baristas are efficent, and there is more than enough seating.  What more could you ask from a Starbucks in New York City and SoHo at that.  This is my fav Starbucks near my job so it is def on my list of faves.

  4. It's so hard to find a restroom in Manhattan sometimes. When you got to go, you got to go. Starbucks is always a safe haven. We came in here for shelter from the rain. We ordered some drinks and rested after a long day of shopping.

This is one of the bigger Starbucks in Manhattan.
There is an ample amount of seating. I think the employees already know their customers come in to use the restroom because there's a rope for when the line gets long.

Starbucks is usually consistent wherever you go!

  5. One of my favorite Starbucks worldwide! Ample well-heated space with a lot of outlets and free wifi for customers in a premium location!
Ideal to have a snack while recharging your electronics or as a casual meeting point….

  6. Service is not very friendly and pretty slow here. Sure they are always packed but it still takes what seemed like a very long time to get a simple drink made. They yelled at customers to line up in another area for drinks which could have been handled much better. Bathroom line is ridiculous as everyone uses this as a public toilet in the area. Tables were not kept clean.

  7. This is by far one of the busiest and hippest Starbucks in New York City. If you want a quick cup of coffee, I would recommend going to a more local shop in Soho, because you are going to wait at least 5 minutes, or longer during peak hours.
Be prepared to see lots of aspiring models and their male fan-counterparts.
The bathroom line is always long aka you will have to wait about 5-8 minutes, regardless of the fact you were a paying customer.
And their Wifi is very very very very splotchy.
But it is the perfect spot to people watch and soak in NYC at its greatest.

  8. I stopped by this Starbucks after shopping at Sur La Table (conveinently across from  Starbucks)

I'm so used to going to the Starbucks by my office/school and usually that Starbucks is slow, but this Starbucks – the service is much faster and this Starbucks is actually a little more spacious then the other Starbucks along Broadway.

Staff is friendly.  The ambiance is similar to most Starbucks, but the decor is slightly different because it's a little more hip.
