2.5 stars overall. I had a decent BECH here, but the bagels are small and things are extremely expensive for this type of operation. Had it been cheaper, the service and products would have received 3 stars from me.
I don't understand why this place has such a low rating. I grew up in Maywood and whenever I visit my parents, I always grab a bagel from here. The bagels are always fresh out of the oven and still warm and fluffy when you eat it. I always thought this place offers 'normal' bagels until I had bagels everywhere else. This place has set my bagel standards and I rarely find bagel places that is comparable or even top this place.
In regards to the gloves, I don't have any problems. They always take their gloves off when taking my money.
