Starbucks

“Pros- open 24hrs and you can pull up in your car
Con- long lines at times and people asking for change”

It's a bux……I really wish I could just check into places and not need to write a review, especially for a Starbucks….or a way that you could get a badge for going to the most different locations of a chain. In any case…..nothing special.
I used to come here a lot when it first opened and they were always quick and good. I came here a couple of times at night and they say they are out of everything because they are too lazy too make drinks other than hot coffee or hot tea. I remember asking for an iced coffee and they wouldn't make it! Really!?
First time ever at a Starbucks drive-thru (who knew they existed?)!
I came here with my boyfriend after shopping for groceries at Stop & Shop on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't too bad. The service and wait time was decent, by the time you reach the drive-thru window, your drinks are ready to be yours.
I like that when you approach the speaker, you can actually hear a true human voice and not something robotic. Here's a few Pro's & Con's about this drive-thru I've realized:
Pro's
– You won't have to worry about someone skipping in line cause only cars can go on through the ramp not people.
-If you're not the type of person that likes face to face interaction or minimal face to face interaction, this is for you
– You won't need to walk into the Starbucks and have that coffee smell on you
– Conveniently located near the Belt Parkway
Con's
– You can't add your own milk or sugar in the sugar unless you ask for it on the side.
– The morning rush hour will be load of fun
– Not your typical Starbucks, no place for you to sit and chat or do you work
Okay so they have messed up my order a few times but I love the idea of the drive through. In addition Kenny has such a great smile which is a great way to start of the day.
This Starbucks is conveniently located but for a drive thru there's ALWAYS a long line. The lot that it's located in also has quite a bit of pothole and other road hazards your have to steer around.
The service is good and the staff is friendly. However, they often run out of baked products. This area definitely could use another Starbucks!
This. Is. The. Longest. Day. Ever.
Nah….Just a huge conglomeration that feeds everyone caffeine like it is crack….They took out all the mom and pop coffee shops in almost half the states…but what can I say I'm hooked as well…I can't believe this is a drive thur… One of the biggest reason I like Starbucks is the idea of being comfy at a coffee shop with wifi and outlets to charge my phone and surf the web..obviously this is nothing like your typical coffee shop… What a disappointment… And there's always a line so beware there will be a wait…one thing I really admired about this place is a twenty four seven Starbucks…finally!!!
Gotta love a 24hr starbucks !!
Only problem is that it's only a drive-thru, so if you stop by during rush hour be prepared to wait in a line of almost 20 cars deep.
Still great cup of Coffee as usual and friendly staff , the one problem is there's usually a crack head hanging out waiting to ask for change as you drive off " he lost his wallet and needs to call home " as usual!!

If I had the chance to give this location 0 stars or negative stars, I would totally do it.
First of all to enter this drive thru it is a frickin zoo. Cars are cutting each other off, the line moves at the rate of a snail, and I swear I spotted 3 potholes that can easily pop someone's tire.
Anyway the menu here sucks, it is extremely limited in terms of food and fancy drinks that a Starbucks lover such as myself would want for this time of the year.
When we placed our order for some breakfast sandwiches, the employee was totally rushing us and was not friendly at all, doesn't anyone say please and thank you anymore?!.
Since he rushed our order , it looks like he must of walked away or cut us off because one sandwich we remembered ordering was not on the ticket at all, and the other grilled cheese sandwich was out of stock , why the hell didn't they tell me this so I could of ordered something else instead?! and why couldn't the employee wait for us to finish speaking.
So I left the drive thru starved with a blank stare when we asked why this happened, no apology and no effort to get down to the bottom of it.
My double espresso shot tasted burnt and nasty anyway.
I tried to reach a manager when I personally walked over back to the window to file a complaint, but the only offer I got was if I wanted a croissant, are you f***ing kidding me?!
I am NEVER coming back to this location again, the staff are careless and incompetent.
