  1. A great medium-sized grocery store featuring mostly natural and organic products. The large, motely flowers outside this store invite you in, and once inside, you are greeted the gorgeous produce, most of which is as good or better than that found at the farmer's markets.  The fresh breads are  from two bakeries, including Amy's Bread, who makes a great tangy sourdough. The Sealand portion of the store offers an impressive array of fish and sushi and also delivers.  The freezer features gourmet sorbet from Vermont in flavors like wild blueberry. You won't find things like Kraft macaroni here, more along the lines of Annie's Naturals. They do have paper goods and cleaning supplies, making an additional trip to Key Foods unnecessary.  They have mostly natural/healthy pet food brands but are a bit inconsistent on that front–I would like to see Wellness dry food along with wet food instead of junky dry food made by Purina. I also wish they would add a butcher and deli counter that was as good as the fish counter (as it stands they just have Murray's chicken and a few other meats in a case), but Natural Land does an excellent job with the space it has.

  2. I really like this market despite the fact that it is more expensive than Key Foods or other markets around.  They are organized, have a lot of fresh, organic produce, and the sushi there is very decent.  The seafood is very fresh and I often pick up scallops, shrimp, or fish to make for dinner.  They are always well stocked and are open 24 hours including on holidays.  On Thanksgiving, I needed fresh vanilla pods and they even had those!
Definitely worth the extra cash for quality produce!

  3. One word: overpriced. Another: overcrowded.
Yeah, the food is organic and they arrange it nicely.  Go to Keyfood or Back to the Land, look in their organic section and you get the same products. For instance, Gardenburgers cost 2.50 more here, lighlife foods, 1.50 more….
For every $20 you'd spend on produce normally, expect a $5-7.50 mark-up just for shopping at a place that has "natural" on their awning.
    FYI: $10 credit min.
