“They have pumpkin pie around fall season, birthday cake is great, moose tracks is good and midnight cookies n cream is yummy as well.”
“INFINITELY better than Tasti-Dlite and the Lite Choice etc. I actually even prefer it to Pinkberry and 16 Handles.”

Two words: SO GOOD.
But here are some more words just in case. Amazing creamy ice cream with a huge selection of flavors. Great seasonal flavors as well. They also have yogurt, wine ice cream, and sorbet in the store.
Tip: Make sure to get a punch card and eat your way to some free ice cream.
Over 45 flavors and boozy ice cream? Sign me up! I got one scoop of the birthday cake and one scoop of butterscotch praline. Both were amazing and had such strong flavors. There are actual bits of cake and praline in them respectively. Sooo good! I really wanted to try the Not Your Father's Rootbeer Float but wanted something a bit smaller so I'll be back for that one! They even have a protein ice cream shake, which is awesome, and it can be made with any flavor you'd like. Only downside is the space is very small and with the crowd here during the summer, it can get pretty cramped. They do have two benches outside though so we took our treats out there. Definitely worth trying and I'll be back soon for the root beer float and to try more flavors!
Really cute little neighborhood ice cream shop. When we first moved to this area a doormen said this place had the best ice cream- so it was our first visited and became a go to spot. My son liked their hard and soft serve ice creams – I like the quality of them too – and they always have a frozen yogurt. They also have a number of toppings to add.
The decor is really cute and service is always friendly. A couple little tables inside and a bench or two outside in warmer weather.
I don't know whether it's new or I just noticed it last night but they have a cooler with specialty ice creams including various wine flavored ice creams and coconut flavors . The Cabernet chocolate – that's what I took home for our Dessert, and it was very very good!
Highly recommend.
Yummy ice cream! Tasty Thai Iced Coffee. My girls are big fans of the cake batter and chocolate ice creams. The cones are also very tasty. That being said, the staff seems less than thrilled to be there.
An occasional smile would be nice…..
Stopped by after work with my coworkers since I was finally able to convince them to get ice cream here. We came with excitment for pumpkin ice cream and that did not go well. They ran out! So we decided to be adventurous and go for a random flavor – they basically ran out of everything cool. That was lame.. So I went with the green tea and coffee, per usual, and it wasn't that bad but it's not something to fancy for since it tasted fake.
The service was terrible. They are so rude! They gave the wrong ice cream flavor to my coworker and wasn't willing to give the correct order. When we all stood in awkward silence, he took the cone, tossed it in the sink and scooped out with frustration, the initial order. I couldn't believe how horrible that went.
Not my favorite place to go to for ice cream. The flavors we had (butter pecan & birthday cake) were OK nothing special. I may go back for the wine ice cream though!
There really aren't that many places for ice cream in the area so if you're out of options, Sedutto is not bad by any means. However, if you can, I would explore other ice cream shops.
No-frills ice cream in New York? Yes it still exists.
When I was a kid I grew up around the block from a Sedutto's that was located on Staten Island. In the summer my family patronized their business several times a week and was never displeased with the product or service. That same ideal applies to this shoppe which has since weathered the storm of trendy ice cream parlors in New York. If you're looking for classic flavors, some with twists, and a no-frills atmosphere Sedutto's is perfect. I wish they could expand and have a full dining area like the one on the island had so many years ago. While the selection of different types of treats may be all over the place, I highly suggest the classic mint chip, frozen soft serve yogurts, and take-away mochi. I've never had any issues with the service here and they had a loyalty card last I checked.
Highly recommend Sedutto's for a classic experience without all the hub-bub. A perfect neighborhood spot.
Yummy ice cream! I've had the mint and chip and the cookies and cream. Massive amount of ice cream on a waffle cone or a cup! My husband bought the small scoop ice cream and a malted espresso shake = $15. Kinda pricey but they have a frequent buyer card and it's still the best around the area.
