This DD is in a perfect location to make lots of $$$ unfortunately due to their management and employees that run the establishment they will only continue to lose business.
I just went in there to get a coffee and donuts to take in to work. I had a coupon that I use at EVERY OTHER DD for a free large coffee and then I buy something else. The woman at the counter her name is Khaton refused to accept my coupon. Not only did she refuse to accept it but she decided to argue with me and tell me that it is used. So I took out the other 20 of them that I had in my bag and said how could it be used I have all of these & they're brand new. She went on to be beige rent and rude toward me. I simply odered my coffee and paid for it and decided not to get anything else.
I ordered my coffee light and sweet and when I took a sip I spat it out. I opened the cup and it was a black coffee.
In addition to the employees here being unable to take a proper order or achieve proper customer service the establishment is also untidy.
I'll NEVER come back here, I won't patronize a business that does not treat their customers with respect and furthermore I will contact management to be reimbursed for my wrong coffee order. This is disgusting, worse start to my day.
