I've come here several times because it's conveniently located near my place but the people who work here are idiots. I have yet to have an order that they haven't screwed up in some way. Doesn't matter what I order. Drink, coffee or sandwich, it's just too much for them to handle. Dunkins, please train these employees to at least know your basic menu items, we're not even talking special orders here.
And don't come here if you're looking for fast service either, they work on a as-fast-as-I-feel-like-it pace. It seriously takes EFFORT to move that slowly.
Bad service from really dumb employees is a Dunkins tradition but this one is by far the worst of this ever present chain. It's on my way to work and any time I come in here I guarantee myself arriving to work late. It doesnt matter if you are getting a doughnut, coffee,a sandwich, whatever. They will mess it up. I know Dunkins is convenient and nearly everywhere but I just cant get this chains popularity. The coffee is weak and awful, the bagels are usually stale and the doughnuts all taste the same and leave a feeling of grease and the service is ALWAYS bad. I have a theory that India sends its brightest here to be doctors and their dumbest here to work at Dunkins.
As much as I dislike chain businesses on general principle, this is the nicest Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins I have ever seen.
OK, it might be the only one I've ever seen, but just look at the patio area. A chain doesn't deserve such a nice little garden, but the reality is that any business would be proud of such a patio.
If I must, I will stuff my face with inferior donuts to sit out there.
Needed a white chocolate and a Boston cream donut and this was the closest spot to my job. Maybe a drive away, but not that far niether. This Dunkin Donuts/31 Flavors has a side patio area. Real nice if it was summer, but useless at this time of year. The staff is nice, and the resturant, is well lit and not spit shine clean, just normal and the decor is very homey. Its all good, but nothing to get out of your way for, since there's like a million of these citywide.
Coffee is often luke warm and not fresh.
Staff are indifferent.
The patio is lovely.

For a DD this place is pretty solid. It used to be a pizza place/front and has a outdoor courtyard perfect for an afternoon coffee or ice cream.
You know what you get at Dunkin so finding one that has a nice amount of outdoor space (especially in Brooklyn) is ideal.
