Came in after having a slice next door. The gentleman was so lovely, altho I think I interrupted his own pizza session. He was alone and I understand he has to do it all! Hehe anyway I purchased a cannoli and I think it's cool how they fill it in front of you. I also ordered a vanilla cone for the child. The scoop was a bit overwhelming for my toddler but the gentleman was so very kind and offered a cup and spoon. I would've gladly paid for one but it was so nice for him to just offer. The ice cream itself was delicious and creamy. We happily ate it on our way home. The cannoli was delicious as well but it just crumbled up as I took it out of its bag when I was ready to eat it. I ate it in pieces and it was still yum but I wanted that satisfaction of taking a big bite out of the thing! (You all know what I mean too!)
We will be back.
Pretty good fresh filled cannoli here. And the ice cream is ok too. Nothing too special, but a good place to get dessert after pizza next door.
Delicious home-made italian Ices and ice creams. The cupcakes and brownies are also fantastic. it's a must try for dessert if your in Pelham bay.
What a nice little store. I stopped in for dessert after polishing off some slices next door at Lenny and Ernie's. They have ice cream, ices, gelato, some baked goods, chocolates and a dam good cannoli….. filled fresh.
The counter girl was a sweetheart to. Very nice and friendly.
This was my first visit to this section of the Bronx. Pretty nice area!
