“4) Every person working at this Pinkberry wears a huge smile.”
“I think this is a fair price considering you can go to places like Tasty Delight or the likes for the same cost but lower quality product, in my humble opinion of course.”

I've been back a few times since and the people that have helped me have been extremely nice and generous with the raspberries! Order the parfait (not on the menu)- two flavors of froyo plus lots of fruit ad whatever toppings you want for 5 something, less money for more stuff than the medium!
Their froyo taste good but too pricey. A small cup costs more than six bucks and they dare to charge another 50c for the chocolate crunch?! It is not self-served, missing so much fun to add crazy amount of mochi:/ Unfortunately this is the only froyo spot that close to columbia campus, which is the only reason I still step into this expensive place. Hey Yogurtland, 16 handles, PLEASE open a branch here! I so need you!
So, this actually is the best place ever. The staff is so friendly and the product is worth the slightly-high price tag. This is one fad that I'm glad is actually quality.
This place is crazy expensive! Prices START at $4.75. I guess Columbia students are some rich folks. Self-serv froyo joints elsewhere in the city are likely to offer lower prices with better selection…
It's also a very small shop with limited seating, and you don't even get to make it yourself, which is much of the fun of froyo.
The service here is the worst I've ever experienced. The cashier was talking with her coworker for so long that a huge line formed behind me and I had to literally wave my money in front of her face to get her attention. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes while the workers did erroneous tasks instead of moving the line along. In my haste to get the line moving, I told the worker what I wanted on my frozen yogurt, yet she spewed this long list of stuff that she tried to offer me. I must have said "no, only those" 10 times. Bumped up the stars because Pinkberry is delicious.
Probably my favorite pinkberry so far, and I am pretty much a pinkberry expert.
1) Unlimited Toppings
2) Friendly staff who greet you by name AND ask how you're doing
3) They deliver!
4) Every person working at this Pinkberry wears a huge smile. (I really can't get over their friendliness)
5) The fruit here tastes sooooooooo fresh.
This is a unique Greek yogurt icy shop in Morningside Heights. They had only a few flavors. We liked the chocolate and mango flavors. You can put on any toppings that you want without extra charge! I loved the chocolate rice crisps. The icy-cream-yogurt was very low fat and tasted wonderful!
We need one of these Pinkberry's in Michigan! I'd go almost everyday in the summer.
I love Pinkberry, but this location is significantly smaller than others and understaffed — also, they don't have some of the toppings that they do at other locations.
None-the-less it's still great and I'll be back again and again.
