A little scary at first… some interesting characters who seem to always be lounging outside kept me away for over a year…but then the need for beers at rush hour, and not wanting to get stuck in traffic downtown, I finally took the plunge and went in to Old Colony. I open the door, and am hit with A/C (woohoo) and the sweet sweet sounds of Celine Dion's "My heart will go on." Really??! I LOLed just a little. The music was on FULL BLAST! 😉 I was surprised at the selection of beer, wine, and other adult beverages. The prices were a little higher than some places, but competitive with the area. The cashiers we silent and a little gruff, but that is to be expected. I would give four stars, but someone did make fun of the bow in my hair on the way out.
