This DD might be fast, fastest I've ever been to but quantity doesn't equate to quality here. We're talking about franchise food, processed food loaded with preservatives that should taste exactly when prepared the same way. Now if you're eating this, you're probably not happy about it to begin with but they least they could do is prepare it properly. That means at least microwave it for as long as the DD scientists say to. Often undercooked taste, soggy bread, which for being cardboard, is hard to get around. I also don't know if I've had bad luck but their coffee doesn't taste like I expect it to and I know EXACTLY what DD French Vanilla is supposed to taste like.
I'm not comparing this to a coffee shop bc it's in another class….comparing to other DD and starbucks….obviously you get what you pay for.
Great for a DD. They are very fast and have great customer service. I call ahead for my box of Joe and it's ready when I get there. They also remember the rest of my order without lookiny at the receipt and confirm it with me….I've gotten something I didn't want in the past, said it wasn't what I wanted, and was told to come back in and order any drink I want.
