It's a Starbucks pretty much like all the others, with offerings and quality as expected. As a vegan, I only ever get a soy latte, but my companions get a variety of coffees, teas and baked goods, and they report that the stuff is good. The location is a fishbowl to the street and great for people-watching but it also has conversationally semi-private seating arrangements and nice, woody decor. The restroom isn't limited to customers, and is not constantly maintained but is usually clean enough. The staff are friendly and efficient to all (ladies, gentlemen and 'those who have yet to decide'). This is a really nice Starbucks to meet friends before or after events at the LGBT Center. And it's steps away from the 8th Avenue subway.
The early morning Starbucks team makes their caramel macchiatos with pure, undeniable love!!!
However, it takes a lot time to make a beverage made with pure, undeniable love. My case in point, they do a great job making drinks and are pretty friendly but they take a long time! If you're in a rush or en route to work, don't come here unless you are sure you have the extra time to wait in line!
I've been to many Starbucks this one just isn't cutting it for me. I've been visiting this location for the past 4 weeks and every single time they have made my coffee wrong. I finally said something and it was remade but to my disappointment to was made completely wrong again! Twice in the same day. Now I know how my drink is to taste. I do drink it everyday! I wish they wouldn't pour the shots to quick. I'll be moving on to another location near by!
I have been too a lot of Starbucks in this city. Yes, and I am not ashamed to say it so there.
I will pay $4.75 for a nice Grande Iced Latte Mocha or however the barristas say it, gees its so confusing to order a cup of coffee. I want to sound hip and correct, aah fuck it one iced latte with chocolate syrup why cant I say that?
Well this is a hidden gem on the West Side of Manhattan, service is fast and reliable. And best of all it is never really crowded.
For a fresh cup of coffee and the convenience of not being jostled and standing in a long ass line this has to be one of the best Starbucks in Manhattan.
Extremely convenient location (I mean aside from being right next to my apartment, it's also a few steps away from the ACE 123 and L trains). Every person on staff is friendly and patient, and the store itself is maintained really well. Great location!

Very nicely decorated Starbucks. Its on the corner and all glass walls.
The chairs are a bit uncomfortable though.
Nice spot, a bit tight, friendly staff. Love the wooden walls, it's add a nice touch to the store.
Ok, its Starbucks, who writes reviews for Starbucks. The coffee is, consistent.
Though I really love the new interior design of the place, the wood, the more relaxed seating, the layout. Awesome.
