I LOVE THIS PLACE. it may be due to the fact that bagels in the midwest are terrible?? in any case, this shop is close to my parents home, their bagels are always fresh, their croissants are AMAZING! they're always super friendly and accommodating of our ridiculous orders. this place completes my visit to nj every time!
I hate to write bad reviews, I really do. Even when I know my opinion is set, I still always try to find a positive but this time I just can't.
2 breakfast sandwiches, both egg, cheese and bacon, one on a roll, one on a bagel and a coffee was $11 and change. Kinda pricey but nothing to fuss over really…..until I got home and opened the foil wrappers and saw what these sandwiches consisted of. MAYBE one egg per sandwich and maybe one slice of bacon person sandwich? It was all bread. I couldn't believe how unbelievably skimpy both sandwiches were. I almost drove back here to complain but just didn't feel like it.
Obviously I won't be coming back. It should be a crime to serve a "breakfast sandwich" like this place did. I'll bring my business else where next time I want a bacon egg and cheese.

As timeless as my midnight McDonalds McFlurry. The bagels are always fresh. Service is on and off, but never really bothered me.
Solid bagels. Love their bacon and egg on a bagel and their buttered bagels. Not crazy about the lox that they sell.
Definitely the best local bagels.
