I like to give everyone a second chance, it's only fair. Well, I went back to Bagels & Bialys this morning. Regrettably.
When I walked in the two counter staff were having their breakfast on the counter. They carried on their conversation while I was there and eventually came over to take my order. I got the distinct impression I was interrupting their meal and my presence was not welcome.
The bagels were pretty good this time, it's just a shame you have to deal with the attitude of the counter staff. In this day and age where customer service can make or break a business I'm amazing places like this still exist.
No third chance from me, this place is not worth it.
