I don't get all of the terrible reviews for this location — maybe it's an issue with the food. I come here often, usually drive-thru, and I always just order coffee. I've never had any issues, the service is usually quick, and my coffee is always as requested. There is one employee in particular who is ON POINT with his customer service. He's friendly and efficient, and I wish he could be cloned and scattered throughout the service industry!
