Okay, I had been going to this bagel store consistently for years because I lived nearby. They have changed hands several times in the past 5-7 years, but despite all the hope I was carrying for them, not once have they gotten better. Service is consistently rude, slow, and crappy. The bagels are usually small and tough. Ew! The prices are not great. Why would anyone still be going here??
