I had two specialty birthday cakes made here and this place did not disappoint. The prices were reasonable and the chocolate cake was AMAZING. I got the "hostess" cake which mimics a hostess chocolate cake with marshmallow filling. To. Die. For. I paid $100 for enough cake to feed approximately 65 people. I would definitely order cakes from here again.
I've gone back to get cupcakes and while they are equally delicious, the prices are a little ridiculous for these – I can't remember if they were $3 or $3.50 per cupcake but I've paid less at rip off places like Magnolia in NYC.
Anyway – it hasn't stopped me from coming back I was just a bit turned off by that.

Their hours are not wonderful, parking can sometimes be a little bit of a pain (never horrible though), and everything is more expensive than you'll find at most places. I DON'T CARE! Give me the Bavarian cake any day.
Take a quick look at the menu and if you don't find yourself salivating, go to the doctor. This is my go-to place every chance I get.
The cupcakes I've tried have been wonderful as well – particularly the red velvet (DIVINE) and all of the icings (not too sweet). They have chocolates and other goodies in the store (not on the website), so be sure to check them out!
Call ahead to find out their hours and to place an order. The place is tiny and they don't have a huge amount of stock. They'll decorate whatever you want as well.
UPDATE: I can't recommend the cannoli cake… it was a 3 star cake. However, the Bavarian cake and red velvet cupcakes are so spectacular that I also can't take the review down to 4 stars.
Now that I have had their infamous Chocolate Silk Cake, I am compelled to update my review. Best chocolate cake I have ever eaten hands down! Chocolate cake is my most favorite dessert so I've had many under my belt (literally!).
Service is also top notch. There was a line out the door on Christmas Eve and everyone was still so nice even if they were busy and frantic getting cakes on top of cakes out the door. I also needed a last minute cake and they were able to whip it up for me the day of. Great service and homemade cakes made with love. This is why I travel 30 minutes with mall traffic to have this incredibly moist cake.
Now if I can only get myself to try a different cake…
Tip: the 7 inch cake is supposed to be 8-10 slices but with how good it was it only fed 4 of my friends. So always order a size up!
Just Desserts should change their name to "Just Damn Good" because honestly no other words can properly describe how delicious their concoction are! I think the fact that other fellow Yelpers have given this place FIVE STARS speaks volume. I ordered a birthday cake from here for the first time and I can say me and everyone who was lucky enough–neigh honored enough–to have a bite of such incomprehensible scrumptiousness universally agreed it was one of the best cake we have ever tasted. The flavor that I got was their German chocolate cake. Coconuts and pecans between layers of rich chocolate made for a memorable birthday. Although the cake is on the pricier side with a half-sheet costing about $96, the richness and decadence of the final product is worth every penny. I can't say enough how amazing it was. It may have been my first visit to Just Desserts but between you and I it was only "Just" the beginning!
