I randomly came in looking did a good bakery dive I'm new in town. I decided to try the rainbow cookie, lobster tail, chocolate mousse cake, chocolate roulade, and a nutella sfogliate.
Not one item was anything less then really good.
The lobster tail was the best I ever had. The fluffiest shell, the lightest and best flavor cream. This is now our family spot.
And today a nice neighbor even bought us a welcome to the neighborhood cake. I think it was a chocolate cake filled with genach. I don't like chocolate desserts but I eat some they gotta be genach filled. Man my family and I kicked half of its caken butt into our stomachs right away. My son who also doesn't like cake had a piece but mainly eat the frosting.
