I agree that this place needed to come back, and it's a lot nicer than the one that was there last. However, the service is a little lackluster. I don't get anything but an iced coffee black from here, but I've witnessed some issues with customer service. I can't blame people for being a little upset. Hopefully they'll get their stuff together!
