  1. I asked for a grande coffee and received an espresso. I asked for a coffee cake and was given a donut instead. Someone was having a bad day. Not me; I'm outta here…starting my well deserved vacation!

  2. It's a typical Starbucks, clean and fast. Employees seemed professional. I just didn't like how the cup sleeves were placed by the milk in the back of the shop so you had to pick up your fresh poured hot coffee and transport it minus a sleeve. Very poor planning if your ask me.

  3. Oh my – sinful. The employees here say "small," "medium," and "large" instead of using the usual Starbucks brand terminology. There were five employees working the 7am shift – enough to keep the steady flow of gate 46 & 47 passengers moving (this location is at the end of the terminal & might not attract passengers from further gates). The area inside is not well designed for waiting. The bar with milk & sugar was well stocked and clean. In all, okay but wow! about how they spoke. Very off brand.

  4. Quick, clean, professional. They understand the concept of expediting when there's a long line and they still smile when you get to the registers.

I can't imagine how much strength it takes for them to do that after dealing with an eclectic group of flyers.

    Bravo.

  5. This is the Starbucks you pass as you exit terminal 8. It on the fringe of the food court and a bit hidden. I usually have no problems when I stop here, but granted it's almost exclusively when hopping off the red eye from LAX. There is rarely a long line and the drinks are made consistently with other locations. This however, is not a large shop and can get crowded in here quickly. No seating here, just grab and go.
