I think many of these reviews are wrong. First of all, this Dunkin Donuts is not at a gas station (that's the one further up on 27, by Vineyard) and it's not near the parkway. Other reviews are from random out-of-towners with one review. Maybe they are by former employees who were fired for being jerks (I wish)? Or from competing stores? (Does that happen?)
I don't go to this Dunkin Donuts very often because they are on a part of 27 that is so congested that I almost always turn off on a side street before I get to that horrible intersection on Plainfield (it's one of those four way lights where only one side goes at a time). However, every time I do go, I'm surprised at how nice they are. They are pleasant and have gotten my order right every time. They ask for clarification and confirm when you're at the drive thru, so I doubt they get many orders wrong. (One person said that they always get it wrong, and I think it's just a malicious lie). Although I don't go all the time, I have been many times over the last couple of years.
I have nothing else to say except to make the point that this Dunkin Donuts differs markedly from the reviews posted here. I hate it when people play Opposite Day… and I hate having to correct it. I also have deja reviewed on this place, but maybe I just thought I had commented on this earlier.
0 stars…This DD is the worst that I've been!! Overcharged for dozen bagels above receipt price n double charged for creamcheese when bagels should of came with it!! Bad service and wrong orders.. The employees have major attitudes
