I can't comment on the meat or dairy at this C-Town because all I buy here are produce, tofu and groceries, and only because it's nearby. They usually have fresh enough produce, but not low prices. The store is generally clean and appears well kept, but do check those expiration dates!
I came across this C-Town Supermarket when walking around Bronx's Little Italy and needed something to drink, so I stopped in here and also checked out the rest of the store while I was at it. I was able to find what I needed, though it's a fairly smaller supermarket and has enough selections that I could live with.
Can't really comment on the other departments, however, but I don't think I had any of the problems that others are talking about here. Prices are okay and reasonable considering this is in New York.
