  1. This place is one of the easier frozen yogurt joints to get to from my house and saves a trip to Route 10 to get to CUPS. It's basic without all the bells and whistles of some of the other yogurt shops around, but it gets the job done. The yogurt in my opinion is tasty; we especially like their salted caramel pretzel – one of our favorites! They have indoor and outdoor seating, but not much decor or ambiance. The staff is just ok. I mean, yeah, it's a self serve place, but still, they don't go out of their way or are memorable.  They do offer free WiFi. My one grievance is that they make a staff member get you a sample of yogurt. I find it annoying. Just leave a little sample cup for people to try. But all in all, a solid yogurt joint in town that has lasted longer than most in this town.

  2. Decent selection of flavors but so-so quality fro-yo.

When selling this product by weight, it'd be nice if they offered some kind of scale before you got up to the register. This would be nice both for calorie counters and price conscious people.
Decent selection of toppings, but again, no way of knowing how much you're putting in, nor do they offer any calorie info on those toppings.

Last time I went and discovered they offer waffle cones. The cashier saw me with the cone, but when I went to the register I had to turn my cone upside down into a cup to weigh it. Only afterwards did she point out that they have a cone holder for that exact purpose. Too little too late.

Additionally, they don't tare the weight of the cup (not a huge deal) or the metal cone holder (a much bigger deal when buying fro-yo by the ounce).

They also have the audacity to leave out a tip jar. Why does a cashier weighing product, but offering no other service deserve a tip?  At least the workers at a real parlor are prepping your dessert. This is self serve.

I feel like I'm getting ripped off for a pretty substandard product. Of course, I'll probably be back because my kids like it. They like controlling the flow of the machines and dumping in way too much of the toppings. Such is life…
