I really don't know how a place like this stays open. This is a locals bar. Tthe fact that it's surrounded by at least 10 residential buildings, it has the potential to be the go-to bar for many many people, even for me. Unfortunately, it is not. Every time I pass by, the place is empty, inside decor is not terrible. There is a nice piano and a singer you might catch on one of the nights. The food here is not bad, but could be better. Hookah can be found here, it isn't the worst in brooklyn. I think the owner who manages this places is responsible for the lack of success of this bar. The staff who work here have an attitude problem for one. If you're working in a client facing role like serving drinks, and expect to be tipped, and maybe get a return customer, you should really be more personable and friendly. Otherwise, your business will fail, just like the previous 10 businesses that failed in this exact location. I also got alcohol poison just from one martini. I will not return.
