  1. Being a vegetarian, just having a vegetarian option at a sporting event ears you at least 2 stars. If it was anywhere else, I would have given them 2 stars. The veggie burger, made of oats and black beans was fairly good. However the entire composition was just alright.  More tomato and barbecue sauce would have gone a long way to compliment the dry burger. Also, the bun was pretty cold.

The fries made them loose an extra point, though. They tasted like dry mashed potatoes that were then fried – still dry, but a little mushy. They were fat fries, the smaller ones were surprisingly good. Get something else.

Price is as expected for a place in a stadium. I would have still given them 3 f calexico wasn't a small unfriendly menu.

  2. This kind of hit the spot at a recent Nets game.  I've only ever eaten at Calexico at the Barclays center, but I'd had a burrito that morning at the Del Toros Yelp event, and couldn't fathom a quesadilla or fish tacos.  So, my date and I split chicken fingers, a cheese burger and fries.  I'd say the food was nothing special, but for what we wanted–greasy fried food–it hit the spot.  We washed it down with a few beers from the bar across the hall.  Yes, it's pricey–I think the food plus a bottle of water was $25, but that's stadium food.  And it was really tasty.
