This place is as bad as it gets. I tried to use a coupon from the Mc Donald app and was told they stopped taking it.( mind you that app states this location participates) the drive through employee was very rude and when I asked why they will not honer it I was told " because". The food was old and cold. I went to call the location wile I was driving to see if I could come back and just get a " fresh order made" and the phone number on the receipt was their fax number. MC Donald's as a brand is down in sales from prior years, locations like this won't help as they try to recover.
I went to grab a quick breakfast for my coworker and I, and only came to this location due to the fact that it was the nearest one….12 minutes away. I order a #7 with chocolate milk and the 2 for $3.50 special of the sausage & egg mcmuffin, one has brown, and a large orange juice. The person who took my order was going to charge me $22.45….we reviewed the order and found so many mistakes. She also did not put in the extra hash brown I had ordered aside from the one with the one that came with the #7 meal. I believe there was problem with the order due to her thick accent. I understand the location is in a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood, but no one should be working a customer service job when he or she has a heave accent. It causes a huge language barrier.
All the mcdonalds in the surrounding towns have updated their Mcdonalds to beautiful cafe styles EXCEPT Passaic which looks like its stuck in the 1980's with a flat screen tv on a wall. On top of looking like a run down joint thier prices are HIGHER then the other renovated Mcdonalds I have gone to in Nutley, Paterson, Garfield and Route 46. So can someone tell me how those Mcdonalds can be BRAND NEW and still have lower prices than this dinosaur of a Mcdonalds? I guess the store owner is cheap and just doesn't care. Oh well I'll continue on my extra 10 minute drive to Nutley then. It may be further away but the drive is worth it!
It's McDonald's. 'Nuff said. No really, there's nothing to say. It's located behind the Dunkin Donuts, which is across the parking lot from the Main Avenue bus terminal.
Unfortunately this is the transfer spot on my tire to Montclair State, so it what it is.
Needed an emergency dinner and the McChicken and fries did their job.
It's McDonald. Always fast but language barrier and ghetto. No offense either but the whole staff is Dominican. I understand some sterotypes for places where people work but it seems odd. Worked fast food so idk, I try and understand.
I would like to agree with everyone who has commented on this terrible place they call McDonald's in Passaic the absolute worst went there in February to get the mcpick two for 2$ was told they don't have the special anymore went to garfield McDonald's notconly did they still have the special but was in effect till the end of march lies.lies.lies….thats what u get in Passaic McDonald's lies and deceit I will NEVER SPE ND ANOTHER $ IN PASSAIC MCDONALD'S!!!!!! Go to Garfield much better and fresh food

This place sucks. The food tastes old and it's dirty and ghetto. The staff is unprofessional. Go to the surrounding towns of just eat somewhere else.
