  1. A hearty discovery for lunch!

My strong recommendation is to come before noon to beat the crowd, and order the protein plus two sides. Today they serve the chipotle salmon as specialty, and I added brussel sprouts and roasted cauliflower as sides. The only complain I would have is that they serve everything cold…

Price sightly at higher end – with protein plus sides, it came around 15 bucks.

  2. Good place to pick up lunch when you're in a hurry – don't be fooled by the line out the door; it moves quickly as everything is pre-made and you just pick what you want! Generally you can pick 1 entree with 2 sides (they have all sorts of veggies and salads for sides). Large portions, seems healthy & high quality, but nothing too impressive taste-wise.

  3. Ok place for an average lunch meal. $15 for a salmon and two veggies — everything comes cold. They only serve snapper, salmon and stuffed chicken and turkey as their main protein course and you can add two more veggies.
The room is super tight and the waiting line is extended to a dirty narrow storage room. The food amount was quite large for a girl but the taste is so so. Will not come again.

  4. Website is under construction and the menu changes daily.

I literally just killed my seafood meal… 10 seconds ago.  I used a deal on AmazonLocal ($10 for $20 worth of food) but I would totally pay full price for this delicious meal.  You need to arrive early, as the store is very small (no seating available) and the line is usually out the door past noon.  I got there around noon and there was little to no line.

For between $10-15 you can get a relatively healthy meal.  I got the seafood plate and a large split pea soup for $20.64 out the door. I got the swordfish fillet with avocado (pretty much a homemade guacamole), the kale salad with apples, and the green bean almondine.  Hooooly moly that was freaking delicious and I killed it within minutes.  The swordfish fillet, which I thought was going to be dry, was moist and was well seasoned in a lemon marinade.  It went really well with the fresh guacamole.  The kale salad was my favorite, as it was drenched in one of the most delicious tangy lemon dressings ever.  The apples and cranberries added a nice contrast.  The green beans were cooked to perfection and were crispy, garlicky, and lemony.

The split pea soup was a little chunky and didn't taste like it came from a can.  It did, however, have a slightly burnt taste… kind of like when I tried to make my own split pea soup once and burned the bottom of the pot… oops.

Yes, it's a little on the expensive side and yes, there is usually a wait, but I'd say it's pretty worth it and I'm definitely coming back once a week.

    I'm sold!

  5. I am currently enjoying my lunch from here! I got the herbed salmon with roasted cauliflower with parmesan and Brussels roasted with oil. I really like the food but I do wish there was a little bit less oil. Also, it said it was room temperature but since the food was close to the door it was cold. I will deff give it another shot though.

  6. Lines don't lie. The food here is consistently great tasting. Always order the salmon, never dry, always done right. Their sides are delicious – recommend the watermelon, kale salad and yellow tomatoes. The chicken soups are a treat – lots of vegetables and delicious broth. Come here before noon to avoid the lines.

  7. This is an awesome lunch spot. Lines may be long during peak lunch hours but they do go by fast since the food is already cooked. Lunch would cost you about $15 here but you do get what you pay for. They give a lot when it comes to their sides. The cool thing about this place is that they switch up their proteins (but of course they leave their usual in there such as the herb salmon). My personal go to sides are broccoli, string beans, quinoa, and roasted cauliflower. For proteins, I'll go with one of their new proteins or the herb salmon. Can't go wrong with any of these.

  8. Cannot say enough how amazing this place is. I always get the herbed salmon, kale salad, and either roasted sweet potatoes or wild rice. It's all to die for and great quality, which makes the prices totally justifiable. Go early (11:30am) on weekdays because the line gets really long.
