Came here for an early dinner on a Saturday. The street parking is a pain, but you can take a risk and park by the Walgreens across the street. The restaurant was dimly lit, and a mariachi band was playing annoyingly loud. The staff doesn't seem to speak much English, but it's not too hard to communicate.
Had the tostadas and a burrito. Both were good, especially with their hot sauce. The bill was very cheap. Unfortunately, the waitress had some trouble with my credit card and it seemed as if she charged me a ridiculous price at first. She did manage to correct the mistake though. Not a bad spot for Mexican.
