Nice staff decent selection. Not worth the trip from Manhattan.
The selection is okay if you don't have access to the many wine stores in Manhattan. The customer service is great, the people are very nice. Unfortunatly I won't be back.
As your avid wine, whisky, scotch, etc……drinker. Pop's has what you are looking for, no I am not talking about Pappy or any of those guys, although I believe they get them. Pop's has a large selection of wine and their fine section is nicely stocked. If they do not have what you are looking for the staff is more than willing to get you what you need. Sign up for their mailer as you will be pleasantly rewarded with a coupon that only comes out twice a year.
I never knew of Pop's until a coworker told me that he drives ~40 miles fortnightly to restock his wine collection. With that much conviction from a dedicated wine snob, I figured I had to check them out. The wine selection at Pop's definitely shines, but I'd have to give them the 5 stars for their customer service.
I've been looking for a few bottles of a very small-batch bourbon since finishing my stocks, and absolutely nobody seems to carry it, with some liquor stores going so far as to tell me that the distillery wasn't even producing it anymore. A quick call to Pop's made them all out to be liars, and I was promised a special order would be put in for me. It wasn't a quick process, but the crew at Pop's kept me apprised of the situation via letters(!), and a phone call when one bottle finally came in. Even though they didn't get as much inventory as I was looking for, they already put my name on a follow-up order, and I expect another phone call when they get their next bottle in.
Pop's – this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.

Good:
-Dealt with Ashley to coordinate the pricing & options, great communicator and thorough
-With mini-bottles, you can call for price quotes per bottle for each month as the price fluctuates month to month
-The cases I picked up were not the amount I paid for and they mailed the remainder for me the next day
