  1. Wasn't really hungry when I passed it, but I had some time before work and I've been wanting to try this place for a while. It's combined with The Hummus & Pita Co.

The menu is really small, less then 10 things to order. It's just burgers, hotdogs, fries and shakes.  I didn't realize it was a fast food place, but whatever.

I ordered a vburger classic with cheese on a gluten free bun, a chocolate shake and I got a bottle of vitamin water. It was $21. REALLY expensive, especially because the burger was horrible. I could only stomach half of it. The bread was insanely dry and rough, and the whole thing lacked flavor and was just inedible and it was greasy and it looked nasty with the sauce and cheese.
I do appreciate that it isn't ground veggies or a bean burger because I'm not into those, I like really meat like patties. Too bad it didn't taste good :/

The shake however was really great! It's made with coconut based ice cream and almond milk. The cashier was also really sweet and helpful, so he upped a star for me. He recommended the cherry shake, but I wanted chocolate. Maybe next time I'll do cherry. Or I'll ask for a mix.

So yeah, I'll come back for a shake, and maybe I'll try the sweet potato fries, but not burgers.

  2. I've been on a veggie burger kick recently so I decided to try the V Burger classic, just steps from Union Square. Veggie burgers get a bad rap for being dry and flavorless, but this one was definitely not dry. I liked the texture but didn't like the VSauce. I'm not sure what exactly is in it, but it was too creamy for my liking. The burger was alright. Nothing ground breaking, but the staff was friendly and the shop had a nice, clean aesthetic.

  3. If you get the v burger classic make it a double! and add chao cheese for the win. Frankly my favorite would be the fried pickles, the Einstein burger and the fried chickn sandwich. Their vegan ceasar dressing is off the hook! Yes the food here is fast, and greasy, however it is definitely the type of meal to be reserved for cheat days (I don't know what those are these days since there's always something fried on my plate) and so worth it. They have plenty of desserts to choose from, including a scrumptious chocolate whoopie pie. Overall a solid 4 in my book. Thanks VBurger.

  4. Vburger offers standard fast food but everything is vegan, which is awesome!

The fried unchik'n burger is a fried chik'n sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and ranch sauce. It looked absolutely amazing, fried to perfection. Overall, it's a great sandwich and very filling. I enjoyed their sweet potato fries but their potato fries were just okay. They didn't taste fresh and were a bit stale.

If you're in the mood for legit vegan "junk" food, this is the place to go. Their desserts look insane!

  5. Location: union square bound. It is a combined store with hummus&co. Normally, during lunch hour, this place is usually packed. Seats are plenty but that depends on if you wanna share your space with others.

Food: ClassVburger is a great burger to eat even though you are not a vegan

i love it ad it's pretty fulfilling for a lunch .

Service: may take 5 mins for your burger
    but staff is nice

    price is cheap
    overall good
    great spot for your lunch.

  6. I have to say..impressed is an understatement! The chicken sandwich is a MUST! It is unreal how big the portion is and how crispy and delightful every bite was. I also got onion rings and the dressing on the side made it perfect. I'm thrilled that I gave this place another shot since my last delivery took very long. This time I got updates when my food was on the way and it arrived in a timely manner. For a pregnant Vegan lady it was everything I could have dreamed of. Next time I'm getting a cannoli!

  7. Oh my god this place is so good. I don't know how it's not more well known! I was walking around the other day in this area and I was super hungry and I just wanted a quick snack. I went inside and saw that there was a smoothie area, a pita/falafel area, and a vegan burger area. This first of all such a great business idea to pretty much have three different things in one place. I decided to try the chili cheese fries and see how they were. The chili was made out of tofu and a bunch of yummy spices and works so well with the vegan cheese–it was great!

After we scarfed this down we decided we wanted to try another dish because it was just so yummy. We wanted to try one of the burgers and we asked the guy behind the counter which one he recommended he said that the un chikin burger was one of his favorites. It was made from fried chickpeas fritters, with lettuce tomato and this amazing sauce that they put it inside. It was just so amazing to me that all of this was all vegan and tasted so delicious!  I would definitely recommend this burger. I can't wait to go back and try everything else –it was so good! highly recommend!!!

  8. Vegan fast food – Yes! Limited gluten-free options – Wack! I wanted to like this place, but the options were slim and the food was kinda wack. I had to ask the server about which items were gluten free because there wasn't any clear labeling ( I visited a few months ago maybe they changed that).

I kept it simple -ordered a milkshake and fries. The fries were cold and the milkshake was ok. The tables were dirty. I know it's quick eating and self seating, but they could have done a better job. I wouldn't go here again.
