  1. I found the food overpriced for the size but overall, I didn't mind it as much as some of the people here. I got their lunch/early dinner meal combo for 11.99 (13.05 with tax) which came with a choice of chicken bites, chicken, or chicken strips. I went with the former with their sweet/spicy chili glaze. It also came with a salad (with choice of dressing, apple, mango, and something, picked mango) and a choice of side which I went with rice and a soda-fountain drink. They oddly sell water for an extra dollar because why not make a quick buck.

There wasn't much chicken for the price but boy it was actually spicy. I'm used to 200K+ Scovilles/approaching Habanero heat and this really did the trick. The chicken itself had a bit too much breading but the flavor was there. Salad was lackluster.

I might be giving this a bit high with a 3 instead of a 2 but when she warned me it was spicy, it actually was.

    2.5

  2. How can something deep fried feel so fluffy and so light? How can I eat again after dinner? It's all because it is so good and delightful.

Don't let the other establishments fool you with their turkey sized wings to entice you over as I prefer my wings from (at least what it feels like) that weren't all steroided up to give it their bulk.

  3. We came here for dinner and we were really hungry. The fried chicken was so good!! We got two flavors of chicken wings to share – the chili ones were way too spicy for me to handle, but the garlic ones were great. We also had the sal sal chicken rice bowl, which was actually the highlight for me. Not much seating but we were able to comfortably fit the 6 of us at a standing table. Gal behind the counter was really nice. Yay for happy summer humans.

  4. KyoChon! How could you?! I've always been a fan of KyoChon but this experience made me reconsider. It was not a great experience. It was a mix between the customer service and food. I ordered the snack serving of wings with a side of white rice. The wings tasted bland and did not taste like the KyoChon that I'm use to. The rice was tough and hard like it's been sitting out all day. It was overly priced.

I'm not sure if I will ever return…R.I.P KyoChon.

  5. Food is good.

    Service is SLOW.

Ordered 7 chicken wings (honey glaze) to go. Literally waited 20 minutes.

The wings themselves were pretty good. The glaze was great. Could be a little meatier.

    But damn that wait…!

  6. Kyochon is very comparable to bonchon. I do prefer Bonchon slightly because their chicken is crisper and larger. Kyochon chicken is very small. It's great if you like skin.

You can't go wrong with Korean fried chicken and beah.

  7. If you want to spend over 10 dollars for 6 mini wings that have more skin on them than meat this is the place for you. I went here when I was starving and couldn't find another place to eat. I regret coming here. The place decor was modern and cool but the food was so little for what i paid for! Kfc and popeyes give you more damn meat than that. I was still hungry after i ate my $12 meal that I had to go to starbucks down the street and get a smoothie. What a disappointment! Only reason its getting more than 1 star is because the decor was modern which i liked.

  8. My wife was the one that ate here, since I don't eat meat. All in all, she liked it, although it was kind of pricey for fried chicken that isn't much better than fast food chicken.
