The food here ha ok. I'm not a huge fan. The bbq ribs weren't that tasty it had a lot of fat. I asked for bbq sauce in the side and that kind of made my lunch taste better. The cornbread is blah! I should've just stuck with the white meat of the chicken. The mash and gravy is tasty!
Service was quick and my food was hot. The restaurant appeared to be clean but i didn't dine in. I will try it again someday.
Picked up thanksgiving turkey and sides. Made it real easy. In and out. Done deal. It's Boston market so not much more to say. They're ask pretty good.
Usually when I think Boston market, I think frozen food in the supermarket… But I forget that there are still actual real Boston market locations and it surprised the hell out of me. The server who plated my food introduced himself and when I was done paying my food was brought to the table of my choice and I was seated . I'm impressed. It takes a lot to impress me like this
Place has been here forever.
Great place to get that homestyle meal fix satisfied.
The food is consistently fresh, tasty, and filling 🙂
Food is food, whether it's from a franchise or not. What matters is if it taste good
They also started a wait service lately. Not really a waiter service, but they'll bring the food to your table.
The service is rude and slow, the line is always long, the sides are always empty — but the damn food is good and I can't stay away!
Big parking area and lots of seats. This is the ultimate comfort food.
The guy at the counter here was super friendly and efficient. The food is always running out here which is good cause you end up getting the freshly made one. They also have bottles of hot sauce next to the soda machines. My only complaint is that they dont have garbage pals for you to throw away your food. I guess you're supposed to leave them on the table because it is plastic reusable plates but i feel bad because i highly doubt the employees are making enough to pick up after us.
I feel like over the last couple of years they have had some improvements with customer service. I am usually greeted by someone with a smile and how are you when prior no one seemed to want to be working. I crave Boston Market sides when I'm in the mood for quick, filling "home style" cooking. The macaroni and cheese is great if it is fresh, and they usually replace the side trays pretty quickly. The mashed potatoes are always a favorite of mine- and the veggies are crisp and well flavored. I order the side sampler meal quite often, and for go the meat. But lately I have been doing the turkey breast and it really is quite juicy. The gravy has a great flavor too. I had the chicken and the skin was tasty but not too crisp. I am considering doing the half ass thanksgiving this year and getting my turkey pre made from Boston market and making all of the sides and appetizers myself, and if I do I will be sure to update my review.
After shopping at Dollar Tree, Michaels decided to get lunch at Boston Market.
This is a small site. Lunch can get pretty busy here with shoppers, locals and workers.
One patron even asked if they got extra chairs and seating area.
One thing I found really odd. They do not provide trays where one can put all their food on. I had to walk back 4 times from the cash register to table to take the drinks, then back for more drink, plates of food and bowls. There were several other people with me.
They use a single serve coffee machine which they put one pod in at a time and the coffee comes out 3/4 full add 3-4 half and half then the cup looks full. Imagine 5+ people wanting coffee how long would they wait to get their cup of Joe.
Ordered a Rotisserie Chicken Wrap and the wrap was hard. This should be soft and fresh.
The staff mentioned the specials to some of the customers and then did not mention to others. Lines move slow. One person taking order and another ringing up at cash register.
I like the Boston Market on Queens Blvd.
