Brasserie du Dragon
“The tea: was kept warm over a candle
Water: choice of lemon or strawberry infused
Wagyu beef was just okay for the amount of fuss (cooked next to a table over charcoal).”
“A little pricey but totally worth it if you like to have a quiet meal with your family on weekends in the busy town of Flushing.”
“Now the bad, I mentioned Raj earlier in this review because he gave us the best service I can ask for, coming over to explain the dish, take our order, keep our teapot full of tea.”

I made a reservation a month in advance for dim sum to take my family of 7, specifying on the phone that it was for dim sum and I was told that the earliest is 9:30AM even though I asked for 9AM, which is when it says it opens. When we finally arrived the morning of our reservation (about an hour commute), we were flatly told that dim sum did not start until 11AM due to new rules, which really upset me because you would think that such an expensive, nice restaurant would take the time to call me back and advise me of this significant change so that we do not end up all the way in flushing with no special dim sum to take our mom to. I was shocked and upset and above all, really disappointed in this restuarant.
