Love this place. Black owned business and I couldn't be more proud. First learned about this place from Instagram and my hubby and I would always look at the pictures and our mouth would water lol. We finally took a late night drive out there (ordered ahead of time) and it was worth the travel from Queens, we really enjoyed and will be back again to try another item on the menu.
The service is slowwww. I've called ahead before, arrived late to pick up my food, and STILL had to wait for my food to be made.
I've only had the rasta pasta and it's soooo bomb — it's the only reason why I keep coming back. I've had it with salmon and honey mustard chicken tenders and both were great.
The portions are generous so the price is right — I always have enough for 2 meals or to share/split with a friend.
Would definitely recommend, just make sure you call ahead… WAYYYY ahead.
I've ordered here on 3 different occasions and the food is pretty good. A bit pricey for the area, if you ask me though. On my last trip, I picked up an order of Rasta Pasta that was soooo salty! I needed 1.5 bottles of water to wash it down after. Other than that it was good, far better than Footprints. I'm hoping they will expand their business and open another location in Brooklyn. I will return but I won't rush to get here.
