Was just here with my sister. Food was delicious. But of course because Cuban food is amazing!
For starters we order the Bandeja Casa Cubana (beef and shrimp empanadas, Yuka Frita (taste like potato wedges but way better), Tamales and Bacalaitos (codfish fritters). Everything was great except for the tamales. I wasn't a fan of it.
Main dishes: we ordered meals from the chef menu. I had the Salmon Carnaval with mango salsa, yellow rice, and sweet plantains (see pic). It comes with black beans but I opted not to have it. My sister ordered the Chicken and Shrimp with spicy sauce, white rice and plantains. She said it was yummies!!!!
The place is small so not good for groups, but great spot for a meal with one or two people. I'm giving this place a 4.5 because they only take cash. Also just a note to the owner the menu should indicate cash only or the wait staff should inform customers in the beginning instead of the end. Besides that I enjoyed my meal and the service was great. I will be back!
