  1. Yet another location of this chain I find myself in. I have to say, this is one of the more consistent chains I've been to. Decent selection of food and the beers are always cold!!  The girl that seated us was a little over the top with her "rock on" shtick, but nice enough any way. If you want to watch a game…….any game. These are the places to go!! There are more screens in here than you can count! Every possible sporting even that is taking place at the moment scan be seen here!!

  2. Second trip to this location

The reality is that Staten Island can be a cess pool
The clientele that this location attracts can be hit or miss. When there is drinking involved a fight can and will usually break out. That being said I would not take kids there after 7pm.
The service is decent at this location, I have found that sitting at the bear gives you an advantage when it comes to service
    Love their boneless wings
Asian zing and medium buffalo sauce are my favorites
Free refills on soda are a plus

  3. Maybe my friends and I are a little obsessed with BWW (that's an understatement), but our love of this has place has lasted for years. Long before the branch on SI opened, and even before the closest one in NJ, we would trek into Brooklyn for these delicious wings. It's the "go to" spot when we all get together and want to catch up with food and drinks. Such was the case today at our "hometown" location. While our wives and girlfriends were attending a bridal party, we figured we would have our own male version of this. Of course, the choice was to go to BWW (was there any other option?) and feast on wings.

We typically order more wings than should be allowed to and our choice of sauces is almost standard at this point – Hot BBQ (my personal favorite sauce – a nice spicy kick to BBQ sauce), Asian Zing (a close 2nd – a sweet and spicy treat), Medium (your standard buffalo wing sauce), spicy garlic (very flavorful), and sometimes we we will try their rotating sauce just for the fun of it. I sometimes don't even remember that they have anything except for wings, however we do order the soft pretzels on the side and these are fantastic. They are served with mustard and cheese sauces and I highly recommend them to compliment your wing meal.

My preference is usually bone wings, not boneless but to each his own. You'll find wing deals on certain days of the week (check their website for your location) and tons of great beers on tap (standard beers, craft beers, etc.), If you're looking for a great spot to catch a game, eat great wings and have a few beer, you cannot go wrong with BWW!

  4. This place is a hit or a miss. Most of the servers are in their teens or twenties, and can't take orders correctly. Food can be good sometimes, most times it's either overcooked or undercooked. Extremely loud in here and you can't hear your guests over the sound.

  5. *This review is based over multiple visits and pretty much the last*

This place really gives other BWW a bad name.

The service is absolutely terrible. I'm pretty sure a requirement to work there you have to be half brain dead. All the workers look confused and or miserable. When placing your order expect that half of it will be messed up and or missing. Don't expect refills on your drinks because the waiters half the time are no where to be found. It feels like the place is always understaffed because the servers are always running around like mad men/women.

Wings: ALWAYS DRY AS HELL!!! THERE IS NO RESON WHY THE WINGS ARE CRUNCHING AND THE MEAT IS CRUMBLING IN MY MOUTH. They do have a good long selection of sauces and seasonings.

Burgers/wrap:  I hope you like salt. They over salt the hell out of everything. Really unenjoyable. If you order fries, except only half a handful.

Mixed drinks/beer: watered down isn't even the word to describe the mixed drinks. And they always seem to run out of the good beer.

Perks: they do have a great atmosphere. TVs everywhere.

  6. LOUD! Really loud! I understand it's pretty much a sports bar restaurant, but I don't like the shout at my friends. That being said, I will definitely go back because the wings really are that good. I was there with a group of 12 people for a birthday. No orders were messed up and everyone raved about each  flavor they got. I'm a purist and go with the traditional Buffalo sauce, but it's because it's just sooooo good.

  7. As you can assume by the name of the place, the wings are stellar.  They will give you whichever piece you prefer and allow you to mix sauces (there are a lot to choose from). I usually like honey BBQ and mild.  The service is also good.  They have many big screen televisions if you're interested in watching the games.

  8. The only plus about coming here a second time was my spinach and artichoke chicken flat bread. Everything else went downhill from the phone call we placed. It was my friend's birthday and we asked if they would let us pre-order, since we were on our lunch break. They would not allow us, so we went there with our items already picked out not to waste any time looking over the menu. The hostess insisted she give us our menus and our waiter insisted he explain what was on the menu. (waste of time) It was not busy at all when we went (we were 1 of the 3 tables dining) and our food took so long to come out. We had to chase down our waiter for the check and then chase him down to pay the bill as well. We had 15 minutes to eat our food, after we were told it would be out in no time. If they can't handle 3 tables at lunch time, I can't imagine what they do on a busy weekend night. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth & I will never go back.
