Hello guys! It's been a long time since I've did a detail review, do with that said lets get into this place ELITE STYLE!!! *note this will be broken down into three parts*
The decor
-This location is very huge with a huge lounge/bar area offering many beers on tap for any person to enjoy.
– also in the venue there are plenty of arcades machine so If you like shooting basketballs, attempting to get prizes from those chance machines then those will be for you.
-for kids who just can't seem to sit still from the candy rush they were given in class earlier in the day, buffalo wild wing does offer tablets (you must request for one and they will say yes) loaded with fun games to keep that running child in there tracks… Aka you enjoying your food when it comes out in peace.
The food
-Buffalo wild wings food not only had wings (traditional/boneless) but they do offer an array of chicken and beef sandwiches which are fully optimizable upon request, so no request is a silly request as they say… So just add on anything you like and they will deliver without fail.
-the wings (boneless/traditional) offers 4 different sizes (snack,small,medium,large) with plenty of sauces to put your tastes buds to Pluto if u desire. Honorable mention would be have the be the wonderful kitchen staff they work diligently to make sure orders are blazin fast to come to each table. This location so far has the fastest cooking times, I've been really surprised that I can order something and it comes out in 5-6 mins and on a semi busy day! So my hat and review goes to them!
Overall/honorable mentions
– Tuesday are 80 cent per wing and Thursday's are boneless 80 cent per wing.
-they do have new arrival items I would suggest even trying the appetizers they are increasing the menu slowly
-if you have a waitress at this location by the name of Jodi give her a smile, and a nice tip cause she's one of the best waitress out there.
-for more sports orientated people this location is excellent for you because they have many of tvs to catch anything sports related.
Final words
This location is freshly new but for the amount of quality given here from the moment you walk in its nothing but fun times and wings!
Shaniece was super friendly and greeted us with enthusiasm at the door. She offered us table options and promptly sat us. Before she left us at our table she told us about the wing night special. Very nice of her.
Next we waited….and waited for our server. And I'm still waiting. If I wait any longer I will change my order again most likely.
While I enjoy the ambience of the place and the food, it is disappointing that we usually wait a long time for our drinks and our food. It is also disappointing that they are frequently out of many tap beers. You know its a problem when your server is also complaining about it and supervisors inability to correctly order brews (ekk I'll stay away from that one).
I think if we go again, it'll have to be during the day..like a Tuesday..hoping for less people and maybe quicker service?
Either way- love the shrimp tacos..love that they offer a pretty tasty bean burger and my boyfriend is never disappointed with the wings.
Went here to pick up dinner and called well in advanced. The place wasn't even crowded (only a few people) and a ton of staff members, yet it took half n hour for someone to come to the pick up counter. I can't imagine what it's like when it's busy. When they finally brought out my order, there were no drinks. I had to ask them for the sodas I ordered. The entrance is also quite sketchy, you have to enter a small room and walk up stairs (not good for late at night). I ordered large wings (medium) and split them with my mother. We were both sick as dogs the following days.
I will never return here or to ANY BWW.

Ok, so I had found out about this new BWW location off hand as I was searching through Yelp, and hey I got curious as to where exactly this could be located in Kingsbridge.
Well it turns out to be situated in a brand new shopping center which included a Subway, Smashburger(now I'm really amazed), and a gigantic BJ's I was excited to see, that later I come to find out has not opened yet.(Boo)
Anywhos, to the review Ariana! Well, this restaurant is located on the second level of the shopping center. There is parking upstairs as well but it was not immediately clear exactly where the lot entrance was. Once we made our way up, there was a sign for Valet parking. They let us know it was free until 5pm, that's when they charge $5. There was an important game or fight going on later that evening so I guess it makes sense.
This place is beautiful!! Roomy, clean, and had a great layout. Everyone I came across was friendly and had a neat appearance. No sloppy uniforms or eye rolls here. Our server was Daisy. She was so cute and so sweet. She even started up small talk with us as we waited for our food to be ready. I must say that was a first, and hubby and I are total chatter boxes so we were impressed by how personable she was, sadly you don't get that too often anymore.
We had ordered an app and a medium order of wings, everything came out fresh, hot, and delicious! It was without a doubt the best experience I've had at a BWW yet. I hope they are able to keep this up once they are not so new anymore and their business starts to pick up even more which I would say will be once football/basketball start up again and of course the much anticipated BJ's grand opening. Daisy is awesome ask for her 🙂
Our server was pretty great, and we were seated reasonably quickly. There was only one instance where our server disappeared but apart from that she was very attentive and helpful.
The kitchen is atrocious and really needs to be whipped into shape or this location will fail quickly; Servers/expeditors were wondering around not knowing where food went. This happened repeatedly – I would say almost every time a food order came out it went to the wrong table first. The food was fine for the most part. The wings, onion rings and beer were as expected. The nachos were disgusting and NOT nachos. They were chips and salsa with a spoon each of the cheese (Cheez Whiz??), beans and meat randomly thrown in there. That's it, a tiny spoon each. Do not order nachos here.
I'm going to take a page from the Cannes book and say Boo.
