Welcome to the neighborhood! I came on the one-week birthday as one of the happy employees shared with a family behind me in line. The line was not as long as Chipotle's lines can be, but it moved very slowly. In fact, it crawled along. But I was getting ready to have Chipotle, near my home, so I was patient and happy. Plus, it's old a week old, so some kinks will need to be worked out.
This new Chipotle in the neighborhood is right next to the new Vitamin shop and new Starbucks; you know this is a sign of gentrification for this area.
The Steak burrito for $12. Pricey for this area but they did pack my burrito full. Rate 4/5
The place is small. Parking can be found in the direction of the Navy Yard.
