This is our favorite place to get a veggie burger in #NYC. Other places may have more options & trimmings but you cannot beat this delicious & simple goodness. The fries are perfect too. Maybe they put crack in their burgers? I don't care! They're delicious& I'm addicted.#YUMMY
My boyfriend had been on my case for months about hitting up Burgerfi since they have "the best burgers in New York," and he really wasn't lying. Like a lot of other restaurants in the city, Burgerfi prides itself on where the restaurant's meats and ingredients come from; however, this joint's burgers are tasty and a healthier alternative to a McDonald's patty (without being crunchy granola). The order will leave you satiated, but not disgustingly stuffed like a lot of other fast food meals will. Plus, Burgerfi's veggie burgers are amazing — I find myself craving them from time to time. Will definitely come back!
I've had better. They are decent if you're in the area. I tried the veggie burger which held up pretty well, it was tasty, and quite large. The Parmesan fries let me down, they should melt the cheese onto the fries instead of sprinkling cheese on top. And they should use fresh shredded cheese rather than powder. Otherwise it was a good meal and they offer you a free scoop of ice cream.
Went to the one on 86 st in Brooklyn i am so lucky just down the block from the house all i am going to say is the burgers are banging 3 mmm's best burger I've had in a long time aside from the one I make myself. Seriously they are the best and the fries are truly delicious………
Very tasty burgers, but small portions and a very limited menu (a turkey burger option would be nice!)
We all had cheeseburgers/hamburgers with french fries. They were very tasty but the burgers were very tiny. They were bigger than White Castle but still pretty small. My 5 year old was complaining that she was still hungry.
The service is friendly and the restaurant is clean. I would probably come back if the girls wanted burgers and weren't especially hungry….
Contemporary casual counter order burger place with some interesting loaded burger as well as build your own options, and great fries.
I have been on a bit of a burger kick lately, maybe I need some iron. Going for froyo we saw this place next door and decided to have a late night burger here first. Probably not the healthiest option but very good; eat now, run tomorrow.
Counter Service was slow but very friendly. When they made a mistake on an order they corrected and replaced the burger immediately.
You can build your own burger or choose from one of their loaded burger options.
I was most amused by the "conflicted" burger offering which is a loaded sandwich w a beef patty and a vegetarian patty, I guess for those conflicted if they want to be vegetarians or stick to eating beef? I opted for the "28" which was great – a special burger which according to the server is going to be discontinued and replaced soon– 2 patties with special sauce, tomato, lettuce, bacon, blue cheese and Swiss cheese … Very good. Admittedly w the loaded burgers I like, there is a little room for the actual burger not to be incredible – but I think despite the cheeses and toppings the burgers seemed solid, and I was full after eating half the burger and barely putting a dent in the ginormous basket of fries — their special fries w parm cheese and seasoning – so good.
Recommend as a casual burger place if you're in the 2nd avenue area.
I got the burger called the CEO; Double wagyu + brisket blend burger, homemade candied bacon-tomato jam, truffle aioli and aged Swiss cheese. It's absolutely delicious! All the flavors go great together.
One of the other burgers I had ordered was messed up, but the manger was very nice and went above and beyond to fix the mistake. He not only payed for my meal, he also gave me a $26 dollar gift card for the next time I came in.
My new favorite cheeseburger! The hot dog too! We also got a mix of fries and onion rings – it came with three huge onion rings, which were also really good. They're very crunchy on the outside with a lot of flavor. I'd come back again even though it's so far uptown.
