This was my first visit after living in the area for so long. I've been through the drive through before but never as a walk in customer. It's the prettiest fast food chain that I've ever been in before. Leather booth seating. Fireplace. Places just to sit, lounge, hang out and use the free WiFi. I like that aspect a lot. Lines are really long and they go really slow! The whole menu isn't fully visible unless you are standing right in front of the registers. They have a good deal going on now. 4 for $4 bucks. A junior bacon cheeseburger, 4 piece chicken nuggets, fries and a drink. Obviously not too many vegetarian items since it's a fast food joint, but they have a few. They have to get with the times since Burger King and White Castle both have veggie/vegan burgers. I got the sour cream and chive baked potato and a garden salad. I have fond memories as a child having a delicious sour cream potato at Wendy's. This potato did not meet those memories!! Ugh, so bland and flavorless. How can sour cream be flavorless?? Burned, barely warm and gross russet potato. Would help it they'd step up their game and use a Yukon Gold potato that has substance. The garden salad was a big surprise. Very delicous!! No iceberg or Romaine lettuce here. Fresh red leaf lettuce, spinach and other greens. Fresh red bell pepper, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, etc. The service here is lacking!! The guy taking my order looked like it was his first day and didn't know what he was doing! Didn't ask what kind of sauce I wanted for the chicken nuggets or dressing for salad. Just automatically put down honey mustard and balsamic dressing. Thanks for assuming that's what I wanted when it wasn't! I asked for an iced green tea and the guy looked at me like he didn't know what I was talking about! He questioned me, "On the side???" Uhh…DUH!!! What a moron that guy was. Slow as hell, too. The other guy putting my order together asked if I wanted ice in my iced tea. What???!!! Isn't ice what makes the iced tea??? Jeez! Make sure you ask for LOTS of ice in the iced green tea because he put so little in that I was drinking a medium HOT green tea through a straw. The green tea by the way is pretty delicious. I loved the computerized soda machines. Very cool. I guess I'd come back here again. Not any time soon though. Make sure you come here with patience because you need a lot of it to deal with the moronic associates.
I love how high class this Wendy's look! This place has a large parking lot with a good drive through, usually there's no line for a drive through. There's a mock fireplace with a TV overhead, and comfortable couches!
The line is long sometimes, but usually moves quickly. However, especially during times when it is not busy– the fries can become a little stale. Make sure to counter this by asking for fries that are UNSALTED and then add your own salt to it! The food taste consistent with the other Wendys. Sometimes they miscount the number of chicken nuggets, so make sure to always check your order before you leave– if you're getting it for take out.
The drink selection is huge!! It's one of those machines that's a touch screen and dispenses the type of soda that you want, though they have many options I find a couple of them are usually unavailable so that's quite disappointing. You have to ask them for sauces such as ranch, creamy sirarcha and etc. It's the same with the sour cream and chive baked potato, they will sometimes only give me sour cream or butter, but it usually comes with both!
This place has amazing potential to be a place for kids to hang out after school, or just to grab quick lunch because of the amazing job done in renovation but the service itself is quite lacking!!
I used to come to this Wendy's location everyday after school with my friends some ten years ago! I'm glad it is still there. They have recently just revamped the entire place and it looks really nice and up-to-date. It is a typical fast food restaurant and the food quality is hit or miss. It is definitely an acquired taste. The drive-through staff are quick and get the orders correct more often than not. They are open late so that is a definite plus! It has it's own parking lot and a number of seats within the restaurant. If you can get the fries done fresh, you are in the money!
This Wendy's was refurbished and opened again on 27th October 2014. So you should probably ignore the bad reviews from before that date.
I went today and had the quickest, freshest, friendliest Wendy's experience ever. Pretzel bacon cheeseburger with chili cheese fries and a chocolate frosty was perfection! Bun was soft, food was hot and it was ready before I had time to grab a straw. They even have a huge TV and an employee came to ask if everything was ok with my food. I highly recommend! Delicious. Best Wendy's restaurant I've been to.
This location has improved dramatically in terms of order accuracy, which was a big problem for them before. Recently renovated with good, fresh food, I have no complaints.
One of my favorite spots in town, this place offers scenic views and a very modern interior design! Sometimes they are inconsistent w staff, like one time this lady was really rude and dismissive to me but most of the time they are really nice and often have amazing recommendations for their menu! I recommend the "Dave's Triple With Cheese" or the "Son of a Baconator" sandwich. I also enjoy the modern touch screen soda machines, in which you can add special flavors to your favorite drink. Be aware though you can't walk thru the drive thru they make you go inside if you don't have a car haha check out the tanning salon across the street it's fun too
This is the world's slowest fast food restaurant. Double check your order! A lot of times, they left out food items that I paid for but never got. Also sometimes I got different items than what I ordered.
Nothing much to say about here, except the line was EXTREMELY LONG and only one cashier was working. We literally stayed online for 25 minutes. Food was typical, but I must say, the restaurant had a nice renovation. From the fireplace to the couches was very impressive. 3 stars for the restaurant itself, 2 stars lost for the excessive wait!
