Fried food lovers come, enjoy and be a glutton. Git yo shit and go! Says the owners. Ok maybe not that harsh but this is strictly a takeout spot that serves up fried fish, chicken and shrimp. I can only speak for the fried fish – it was well battered and not heavily seasoned.
The fries are cut in front of you, definitely entertaining to see your potato go straight from the bag, cut, washed then to the grease. The tartar sauce was a bit vinegary for my liking but it was still a decent snack.
I took away one star since I thought it would be great for them to have some steamed veggie options, give me something to take away the fried guilt please.
