Three Stars
We popped in for a quick bite to eat while Grant and Alyssa waited for their movers. I had the Spicy Tuna Wrap. It was packed to the brim with fish. There was the right amount of mayo for moisture. However, they could have definitely added more seasoning. I like the spicy peppers but there were not enough of them. I also had an iced coffee. It came in a plastic cup with a personalized sticker. The ice was chip. The coffee was a bit bitter, semi-cloudy, on lighter side for caffeine. The staff was friendly but not very fast.
The coffee is just alright. Brewed coffee is kinda watery and the latte I tried was nothing to rave about. I do appreciate the soy and almond milk options. Lots of cupcakes and pastries. Big open windows– nice to sit by if there is good sunlight.
I stopped coming here after the first few visits, realizing that the food quality was just okay. But I guess it's now a Pokemon Go gym so… Occasionally back for tea? Lol… Otherwise, I would rate the service at a 2.5, good at a 2.5, but will bump it to a 3 for the fact I wanted to try out the gym battle feature.
Paradigm Cafe carries some of the best croissants! I came here twice to get my croissants and coffee. I noticed that they carry other bakery goodies, but didn't try them.

Seating area is pretty nice and comfy. Definitely recommend for a quick breakfast fix.

i only had a BLT 2x because the first one was soo good i had another one the next day!
Another nearby cafe miss.. It's down the street from my apartment and newly opened, spanking new exterior, but sadly Paradigm fell short for me. The coffee was thin and watery and the almond croissant mediocre. We also sampled the cherry danish and a smoothie, both of which were too sweet and had to be discarded. I'd rather go to Starbucks next time.
Paradigm is a block away from The Double Tree by Hilton hotel which was for me, very convenient. It is not big inside, but they make really good cappuccino. They do have pastries, not a huge selection, but they were quite delectable. Overall, I'd come back again when I am back in the area.

A pretty large selection of food items, but I didn't get anything.
