You can find New Kennedy all over the city, particularly in Harlem and the Bronx. This one is right next to a local train stop (B, C) and a coupla bars. Great, cheap food. I like to get the chicken breast, and they'll usually throw in a drumstick and a roll for under $3. Put some hot sauce on that stuff and you're good to go. There is far better fried chicken in Harlem elsewhere, but if this is what is in front of your face and you've got the munchies, you could do worse.
