To heed the hope of my taste to attain flavorful pizza Domino's was sorrowfully the wrong choice. Having no prior knowledge of Domino's pizza or what they offer for toppings, size of pizza, price but only a mere memory of their savory Parmesan bread sticks and nothing more. Ergo, I inquire the most basic questions: How big is a medium?
"Medium is $16.99" followed by an immediate rude scowl look and the vulgar "Can you speak English?"
What size is a medium or small? I am not exactly sure how a medium is sufficient to feed two adults. Therefore, I do not understand what YOU are saying dude!!
"Medium is $16.99, small is $14.99 and large is $18.99. Can you speak English?"
Oh man!! Is a medium 15 inches? Is a small eight inches? This question has nothing to do with price!! So, the fat cashier server grabbed one box of each size to depict the diameter length since he was obviously unable to respond. Staff are incompetent as they do not listen to customers! My plan was to order a pizza and return to my workplace as this fat Domino's cashier's attitude and abrasive demeanor was very discouraging, coarse, and vile. I quickly scan their takeout menu (their menu is not written on the wall) and order one medium "America's Favorite Feast" $16.99 + tax to quickly get out of this vile dude's face.
Fast forward fifteen minutes later. This same dude was polite with other customers but was vulgar specifically to me again. How much longer will my order be ready? "You order to go right? So you get it to go!! Do you understand, you will get it to go!!" Oh man!! Again, I projected louder and slower… How much longer will my order be ready? Fifteen minutes, two months, one year?? Thankfully a male customer intervened loudly in helping me with: "she asked how much longer!"
Not worth the aggravation nor the vile vulgar attitude. Poor customer service and vile communication skills. Mediocre pizza that is overpriced to the high heavens.
Varyingly, I'm a stickler for consistency and a sucker for counterpoint. Last night, it was the latter: after a long night of Alban Berg and Arnold Schoenberg at Lincoln Center, and then drinks and dancing at a nearby private members-only club, with a couple friends in tow, I thought what could be better than stuffing our gullets with the dependably mediocre and uninspiring "pizza" on offer at Domino's? This is fine and dandy, but the guys who work behind the counter were all painfully slow and really unfriendly.
Ever see rabbit droppings. No? Oh, then order a Domio's pizza with sausage.
I voted not good for groups or children because I can't see this place being good for anyone.
Stopped by Domino's for some pizza after a concert. Ordered a large two topping. Total came to about $18.50. Didn't think much of it (was tired) and handed my credit card and paid. Next guy walks in and orders a large 3 topping pizza and asks for "the deal". Total comes to $10. Ummmm…. What? Then I notice on the board they have a deal for a large two topping and cheesy bread for $14.99. WTF. Is this how Domino's trains their employees? Don't tell people about deals unless they ask for them? How dishonest. What happened to customer service? Is this policy coming from corporate or just this branch? Either way, I will not be going back to Domino's. You have to be kidding me.
I have recieved poorly made pizza multiple times. Either incorrect order or very minimal toppings. Customer care responded to my negative review but never once offered to fix or provide a courtesy pizza. STAY AWAY!
