I order from here because it's basically the only "american diner" in the neighborhood that's decent. I stopped coming here regularly. However, they have amazing chocolate glazed donuts. My Mom had food poisoning today from eating the turkey burger. I asked for the manager, and no one was available to speak with me. They requested that I call back in the morning. Professional establishments should ring the manager/owner and have them call me back immediately (especially on Mother's Day—and my Mom was the one that got sick).
If you want your order to be delivered, expect a mistake. 9 out of 10 times you will have to call back for something.
