Seriously – This is the WORST service I have ever received at a Taco Bell… EVER!
First of all the appearance of this establishment is TERRIBLE! There are not enough capital letters and exclamation points in the world to properly convey this point. The outside needed a good sweeping, or at least pick up the mounds of garbage I had to kick aside and hurdle over just to open the door. The windows are dirty and greasy looking. The inside of the store was the same deal – garbage everywhere: on the floor, on the tables, on the counters… It made my skin crawl just to be here. "Whatever, we will just eat and go…" I told myself. When I am doing some serious feening for a 5-layer vegetarian style burrito, I'll be damned if I will let unsanitary conditions and dilapidation stop my prowess!
We ordered our food at 9:00pm: 2 5-layer burritos with no meat, 1 7-layer burrito. There were two people at the "food bar" working on a previous order for (I timed it) 14 minutes to make one of those 5$ boxes with 3 tacos or whatever it is. They continuously leave the counter with the food wide out in the open which scared me quite a bit about the sanitary conditions and edibility of the food. They FINALLY got to our food, again continuously left the counter… Six times!! What for? I have no idea. Taking a look around, I saw two employees sitting in chairs with their head on the food counter sleeping on the other food bar (shudders) and another sitting on it texting someone.
By the time we finally got our food, it was cold, cheese was un-melted, and the burrito was abnormally small and improperly wrapped with half the contents spilling out. Whatever… Suck it up and down the hatch it goes… We then discovered they made it incorrectly (they put something we said not to put in) and they gave us attitude. You would think if it took 24 minutes from order to table (we got food at 9:24pm, and placed order at 9:00pm according to receipt) you would at least get it correct! Okay no big deal, I know mistakes happen.
When we brought this up they gave us a lot of blatant attitude! Are you friggin' kiddin' me? If you hate your job, fine – but don't take it out on my gastrointestinal tract!
Anyways… We ate… We left… The service was in fact SO bad I did their survey and wrote pretty much the same review. Maybe it will go somewhere and the owner will improve this location. This far from satisfied my appetite, but at least I will think twice before going to any Taco Bell for a while due to this experience.
Came here with my daughter and mom for a quick pit stop…. I honestly haven't been in a KFC for maybe 6 years or so, it was like visiting for the first time. The place wasn't the cleanest as far as the tables but atleast there wasn't any big line to order. There was plenty of seating and a bathroom available for customers.
I had the $5 deal, tenders and some potatoe wedges that really hit the spot. I didn't have the whole meal cuz the person next to me had sticky fingers so I lost a tender in the process. We also had a cup of there lemonade, nasty didn't even begin to describe it (way too much syrup).
